MK-ULTRA FILES Project MK-ULTRA, or MKULTRA, was the code name for a covert CIA mind-control, radiation and chemical interrogation research program, run by the Office of Scientific Intelligence. The program was a continuation of NAZI research and involved German scientists brought to the US under Operation Paperclip and other secret programs. Much of the more heinous research was conducted outside the United States to reduce potential criminal liability.
Most of the original documents related to the program were supposedly destroyed but were likely just moved to secret facilities. Following are some of the 17,000 Mk-Ultra Finance documents that survived destruction/relocation and were declassified. They have been converted to PDF format with character recognition applied when possible to make it easier to view and search the files. Additional files will be posted as the conversion is completed.
